The Company, a £900,000 turnover business based in Welwyn Garden City, Herts, suffered from the recession and experienced supply chain problems, when a key supplier was placed in administration. 

The Joint Administrators were able to successfully facilitate the sale of the business and assets, through a pre-pack arrangement, to competitor ACH Corrugated Cases Limited on 9 July 2010, securing 9 jobs in.
