Gareth joined FRP Advisory on its formation in 2010, having previously been a director with a major international firm.  In 2011 Gareth helped in setting up FRP Advisory’s new Bristol office. 

Gareth is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with extensive experience of advising businesses who are suffering financial stress.  Gareth also works closely with Gerald Smith in delivering pensions covenant review and related services to pension scheme trustees and corporate employers. 

Gareth has a particular specialisation in solvent liquidations and reconstructions. Gareth’s experience encompasses single company liquidations, project managing and implementing corporate simplification programmes for groups, S110 reconstructions and demergers, and share capital reduction schemes. 

Gareth has a young family and, when time permits, enjoys swimming and sailing.
