Simon became a Partner at FRP Advisory, after spending a number of years as a Client Partner within the Business Recovery Services team at a predecessor firm. Specialising in advising secured creditors, particularly banks and asset based lenders, Simon possesses a hands-on working knowledge of areas including pre-lending reviews, independent business reviews and all forms of corporate insolvency procedures.
In November 2004, Simon returned from a 12 month secondment with HBOS, where he worked in the High Risk-Mid Value team, reviewing and turning around underperforming businesses.
Simon heads up FRP Advisory’s Live Side Support team which aims to provide proactive advice and bespoke tailored solutions to Bank Relationship Managers and their customers, particularly assisting in identifying, interpreting and acting on distress signals.
Simon’s interests include playing golf, swimming and watching his beloved Tottenham Hotspur.
