Meet the team

Jeremy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 and as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 1986. He went on to establish, and become Managing Partner of, a business recovery and insolvency firm in Essex, which subsequently merged with an FRP predecessor firm in 2004.
In June 2010, Jeremy, together with Geoff Rowley, led a management buy-out of the group’s Business Recovery Services division, establishing FRP Advisory LLP, one of the largest independent restructuring, recovery and insolvency firms in the UK.
With over 25 years’ experience, Jeremy has helped a multitude of individuals and businesses overcome their financial difficulties. He has strong working relationships with banks, accountants and lawyers, and actively supports individuals faced with situations that require professional help.

With over 20 years’ experience, Glyn is a fully qualified and licensed Insolvency Practitioner, specialising in small to mid sector businesses. Areas of expertise include the aviation, transport, haulage, retail (including high end fashion), restaurant, entertainment and manufacturing industry sectors.
In recent years, Glyn has worked closely with various Asset Based Lenders in the restructuring of a broad range of companies, whilst undertaking complex company liquidations, including detailed investigation cases.
When out of the office Glyn enjoys travelling, golf and spending time with his family.

Paul is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience in the profession. He specialises in Personal Insolvency and is the lead bankruptcy appointment taker based in our Brentwood office.
Paul is responsible for the leadership of the Personal Insolvency case management team and assists Paul Mardon with the work winning Creditor Services Team. Paul has a detailed knowledge of the Local Authority and Debt Buying markets.
At FRP Paul provides pro-active advice to individuals and partnerships facing financial uncertainty.
Paul is a lifelong West Ham United supporter, surfer and during the winter enjoys skiing. Good food and fine wine keep him busy most weekends!!

Paul is a solicitor with over 20 years’ experience of dealing with debt and insolvency. His varied career includes managing a collections team for an Asset Based Lender, managing a debt recovery team for a firm of Solicitors and, for the past 15 years, practising as a specialist insolvency lawyer (both corporate and personal), most recently at a large City law firm.
Paul’s role is to manage the Creditor Services team and to develop and maintain new business opportunities. Although Paul and his team are based in Brentwood, the service they provide supports FRP clients nationally.
Paul is a member of R3, the Law Society and the Insolvency Lawyers Association.
When away from the office Paul enjoys visiting the gym, watching football, spending time with his family and occasionally revisiting his youth by singing in a band.

Ray joined in August 2002 from Numerica, an FRP Advisory predecessor firm, where he had been a director in their Business Recovery Group. He had previously spent 30 years with Coopers & Lybrand/ PricewaterhouseCoopers and three years with the solicitors DLA.
Ray’s primary focus is to develop and maintain new business opportunities and, to this end, his principal markets are accountants, bankers and solicitors.
Ray enjoys golf and most other sports, music, food and fine wines.
