Sussex

FRP Advisory LLP is a specialist restructuring, recovery and insolvency firm, with offices in nine locations nationwide. 

The Sussex office based in Worthing, started life as the business recovery division of Levy Gee, a well-established accountancy practice which merged with an UK AIM listed accountancy, tax and business advisory group in 2001. 

Following a management buy-out in June 2010, the national business recovery services team became FRP Advisory LLP, forming one of the largest independent restructuring, recovery and insolvency firms in the UK. 

Based in Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, Location Head Ian Vickers and the Sussex team act for mid-market clients across Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire and the wider South East region. Their primary focus is on assisting underperforming businesses and providing restructuring services to both the corporate and the personal sectors. 

As well as considerable experience in dealing with the range of businesses found in the South East, the location’s three partners also have their own individual specialisms. Chris Stevens has extensive knowledge of the healthcare and the hotel and leisure sectors, while Ian Sykes brings considerable experience of dealing with solvent liquidations, ranging from the winding up of small companies to the rationalisation of group structures for household name PLCs. Julie Kinnison deals with all forms of insolvency advice and has specialised in all aspects of personal insolvency matters. She is also part of the national technical team.

From the network of FRP Advisory colleagues located nationwide, the Sussex team has access to the expertise of a national firm, providing specialist advice on a range of topics.
