West Midlands
FRP Advisory LLP is a specialist restructuring, recovery and insolvency firm, with offices in nine locations nationwide.
The West Midlands office in Birmingham started life in June 2008 and, following a management buy-out in June 2010, became part of FRP Advisory LLP, one of the largest independent restructuring, recovery and insolvency firms in the UK.
Based centrally in Colmore Row, Birmingham, the team acts for mid-market clients across the West Midlands, specialising in business recovery services, re-financing, pension deficits, ABL due diligence and risk reviews.
From the network of FRP Advisory colleagues spread nationwide, the West Midlands team has access to the expertise of the national group, providing specialist advice on a range of topics. Services include: commercial and asset finance, corporate insolvency, restructuring, independent business reviews, interim management, personal insolvency and advisory, creditor services, insolvency investigation services and banking live-side support.
The principal members of the team are Gerald Smith, Steve Stokes and Gerry Donnelly, who are supported by a team of experienced professional staff.
In addition, we have specialist expertise to deal with Employer Covenant Reviews for Trustees of defined benefit pension schemes. We also advise Trustees in the Charity and Not for Profit sector.
We are active in the local community and FRP Advisory in the West Midlands is proud to support KidsOut, the only charity in the UK dedicated to bringing fun and happiness into the lives of disadvantaged children.
