Business as usual at Aston Rothbury as administrators seek buyer

Aston Rothbury Factors Ltd, the twenty-three year old Essex-based invoice finance company entered administration on 28th June with the appointment of Joint Administrators Geoff Rowley and Nick O'Reilly, partners at restructuring, recovery and insolvency firm, FRP Advisory LLP. Aston Rothbury Factors Ltd continues to trade, with all 23 members of staff remaining, while a buyer is sought for the business.

Commenting on the administration, Geoff Rowley said: "We'd like to assure all clients of Aston Rothbury that it is very much business as usual".

"We have already entered into discussions with a number of interested parties and are very hopeful for a trade sale by the end of July."
