Our Live Side Support team, headed by Simon Glyn, offers training and support for Bank Relationship Managers/Directors to help them in identifying, interpreting and acting on distress signals amongst their clients.
From formal training seminars, through market update presentations to Relationship Support Meetings with clients and assisting in clarifying potential concerns, we offer a wide variety of support to the Banks’ front line teams, including pre-lending reviews for new/increased funding requests.
We issue quarterly electronic briefings informing and advising the Banks’ Relationship Directors and Managers on current ‘hot topics’.
