Interim Management
FRP Transition is a trading division of FRP Advisory LLP. FRP Transition places board level senior executives in interim line management or programme management roles. FRP Transition’s clients comprise owner managed, private equity owned and listed businesses – and their stakeholders - as well as organisations operating in the charitable and not-for-profit sectors. Turnover can be £3m at the lower end of the range with no upper limit.
All industry sectors and management functions are represented in FRP Transition’s community of interim executives and our geographic reach across Europe and beyond is strong. Our interim executives are capable of helping and adding value to enterprises at every stage of their life cycle.
They will plan and execute a journey of change - or transition - identifying the start point and the destination, and determining the best route between the two with the objective of delivering improved financial and operational performance. The need can be varied:-
- the orchestration of an acquisition and its subsequent integration
- performance improvement
- systems implementation
- operational or organisational redesign
- resourcing for growth or for consolidation
- entry into new markets
- a fund raising
- turnaround and restructuring
- the management of a crisis
- departures that are unplanned or un-provided for.
We can provide people to support, strengthen or temporarily replace existing management on a full or part time basis. They can be put in place within 5 working days of a brief being received and when the assignment is complete, they leave.
The many years’ collective experience we have had placing interim executives give us a ready grasp of the business issues likely to be confronting clients and an ability quickly to help them address capability and capacity gaps with an appropriately skilled and experienced executive.
