We started in 2003 with a simple ambition: ‘to be available on the ground floor in Europe when the ball goes up in New York.’  We had spotted the growth of cross border activity and saw that the potential for providing a London based conflict-free service for overseas professionals was huge. For example, when Cincinnati Milacron filed for bankruptcy in March 09 we were there to create stability in Europe whilst Rothschild, Alix, CDG, FTI, Dinsmore&Schol and Shearmans orchestrated the NY restructuring.

We also work extensively for Equity, sourcing deals and providing management.  

Over the last 7 years we have established a leading position in Europe and the US, well known and respected within the restructuring community.
