Vantis Business Recovery Services appointed joint liquidators for Stanford International Bank Limited

Stanford International Bank Limited pasado a Liquidación.
Nigel Hamilton-Smith and Peter Wastell, Client Partners at Vantis Business Recovery Services, a division of Vantis, the UK accounting, tax and business advisory group, were appointed as joint liquidators for Stanford International Bank Limited on 15 April 2009 by an Order of the High Court of Antigua and Barbuda. Stanford Trust Company Limited remains in receivership and the receiver’s continue with their investigations.

St. John’s, Antigua, Nigel Hamilton-Smith and Peter Wastell, Client Partners at Vantis Business Recovery Services, a division of Vantis, the UK accounting, tax and business advisory group, were appointed by the Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC) of Antigua and Barbuda as joint receivers on 19 February 2009 of Stanford International Bank Ltd. and Stanford Trust Company Ltd. in accordance with International Business Corporation Act, 1982 Cap. 222, as amended.
