Meet Greg, one of the Associate Directors in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Greg

Greg joined FRP in 2021 and is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office.

He has worked in corporate finance since 2005, providing research support to clients in a wide variety of sectors. Greg now leads the FRP Corporate Finance research team, undertaking research into trade buyers and private equity investors. Working closely with our Corporate Finance and Debt Advisory pillars, the research team conduct analysis into comparable transactions and listed groups, identifying acquisition targets and exit strategy reviews for mid-market businesses, their owners and management teams.

Greg is also closely involved in managing FRP’s relationships with member firms of AICA (Alliance of International Corporate Advisers), a global network of middle-market M&A advisory firms.
