Job description

A new role has arisen for a Senior Learning & Development Co-Ordinator within our L&D team.  This role will predominately be based in our Brentwood Office with some travel to the London City office.

Working as part of Central HR team, the role will play a crucial role in enhancing our current L&D offering to support the continuous growth and development of our employees.  Working closely with the L&D Senior Manager, this role will coordinate and administer a variety of learning and development initiatives across our expanding organisation.

The L&D Coordinator will work closely with the broader HR team and key stakeholders on a national level, ensuring effective organisation of internal and external training resources and support for company-wide learning initiatives and systems.

The ideal candidate

The successful candidate will have an eagerness to learn and develop as part of an experienced team and have previous experience of working within a L&D administrative role. They will hold a recognised L&D qualification or PTTLLS qualification.  Practical experience of e-learning platforms and practices, together with good experience of maintaining LMS systems.

The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be vital to confidently confidence engage with stakeholders of all levels.
