Job description
The experienced and dynamic team are looking for an individual seeking a career in the financial services sector, with full training provided and further education opportunities available, including professional qualifications.
Working within our corporate restructuring, insolvency and property team, you will be responsible for assisting with case work. You will work alongside the team providing general administrative support with a wider client facing role as you develop. The primary duties will include:
- Office administration tasks, dealing with visitors and post.
- Responding to incoming calls, correspondence and producing letters and reports.
- Assisting Managers and the wider team with their portfolio of cases. In particular, producing statutory paperwork and other legal documents, ‘take on’ administration processes and file maintenance.
- Maintenance of the case management system, and other software.

- You will have excellent organisational and administration skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
