An opportunity has arisen in our Manchester office for a trainee/junior Insolvency Administrator to join our growing team.

Job description

The experienced and dynamic team are looking for an individual seeking a career in the financial services sector, with full training provided and further education opportunities available, including professional qualifications.

The successful candidate will support colleagues on a wide range of administrative and investigative work across a range of corporate insolvency cases. You will work alongside the team providing general administrative support with a wider client facing role as you develop. The primary duties will include:

  • Office administration tasks, dealing with visitors and post.
  • Responding to incoming calls, correspondence and producing letters and reports.
  • Assisting Managers and the wider team with their portfolio of cases. In particular, producing statutory paperwork and other legal documents, ‘take on’ administration processes and file maintenance.
  • Maintenance of the case management system, and other software.

  • You will have excellent organisational and administration skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
