Meet Anthony

Anthony joined FRP’s Manchester office in 2016 as a Partner in our Restructuring Advisory team, having spent many years working within restructuring in the north of England.

He specialises in advising businesses and their stakeholders on their options when experiencing distress caused by cashflow and regulatory pressures.

Anthony has extensive experience in the private equity and alternative funding markets, and this wide network enables him to provide innovative funding solutions for clients. He has also led on many high-profile insolvencies in the financial services, retail and construction sectors.

Anthony’s previous experience has included advising board and private equity owners of a large specialist bathroom products business on their options, leading to a successful sale, and advising several of the largest debt management companies in the UK through the financial challenges of the FCA authorisation process, successfully mitigating £50 million of financial exposure.
