Meet Gareth

Gareth joined FRP Advisory on its foundation in 2010 as a Partner in Restructuring Advisory in London, and was one of the partners to open a new FRP Advisory office in Bristol in 2011.

He has spent his entire career working in the restructuring advisory profession; he took up his insolvency licence in 2006 and has been continuously taking appointments since then.

Gareth now splits his professional work between Pensions Advisory, advising both trustees of defined benefit pension schemes and their associated employers, and solvent restructuring, working with clients ranging from single shareholder companies to multinational corporations.

His previous experience includes acting as liquidator of a main market listed company with a range of public and private company investments, which involved an s110 reconstruction and allowed shareholders to transfer their interests into different investment funds in a tax-efficient manner.
