Meet Richard

Richard joined FRP in 2013, and is a Director in our Restructuring Advisory team, based in our Manchester office. He has extensive experience in advising the stakeholders of SMEs and owner-managed businesses in corporate advisory work, and specialises in turnaround and restructuring scenarios.

Richard’s experience covers a wide range of sectors and is focused on leading turnaround and restructuring assignments; these have included leading the successful accelerated sale of a 105-site UK retailer, and securing a flexible funding package for a telecommunications provider embarking on a buy and build strategy.

Richard is well connected in the funding community, which enables him to deliver innovative funding solutions, and in the interim finance community, which he can draw on to add value to management teams where required.
