Meet Steven

Steve joined FRP in 2013 and is a Manager within Restructuring Advisory in our Manchester office. He has worked in corporate turnaround and restructuring since 2004, and has a wide variety of sector experience including construction, healthcare, manufacturing and professional services.

Steve’s experience has been focused on advising key stakeholders – including directors and lenders – of SME and owner-managed businesses on restructuring solutions.

He has significant experience in a range of formal restructuring scenarios, such as administrations, creditors’ voluntary liquidations, members’ voluntary liquidations and company voluntary arrangements. That experience has included managing the administration of an independent steel stockholder with an annual turnover of around £40 million, which resulted in a successful sale and the majority of jobs saved, and managing the administration of a personal debt management service provider employing 110 staff, and with an annual turnover of around £4 million.
