Meet David

David joined FRP in 2013 and is a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team based in our London office.

He manages a broad range of restructuring and advisory projects, and has extensive experience advising various financial stakeholders and management teams across a wide spectrum of sectors, including real estate, manufacturing, retail, construction and leisure.

David undertook a secondment to Lloyds Bank in 2012, and to Santander’s Restructuring Team in 2016, where he dealt with a variety of large corporate and structured finance connections.

His experience includes being appointed joint administrative receiver of a £136 million private finance initiative to build and run eight high schools, where he worked with the lenders to stabilise the project and implement a rescue funding solution.
