Meet James
James joined FRP in 2022 as a Senior Manager in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our Leigh-On-Sea office.
He has been working in Real Estate Asset Management since 2011 providing valuation and lease structuring services to one of the UK’s largest private equity investors, predominantly within the Leasehold Reform sector.
James has significant knowledge of property asset enhancement and negotiation, with experience in enfranchisement and development matters.
