Lyn joined FRP’s Brentwood office in 2010 and leads our human resources (HR) function.
She has extensive HR experience obtained from a variety of business environments including finance, professional services and fast-moving consumer goods.
Lyn’s strategic role within FRP includes corporate governance, social responsibility, and a range of activities linked to the firm’s culture, internal values and team structures. She has also led on numerous projects such as TUPE consultations for FRP acquisitions, and office relocations.
Lyn is a trained mediator, personality analyst and mental health first aider, invaluable skills during employment relations and employee wellbeing activities. She is passionate about learning and development, and designed and implemented the firm’s bespoke leadership programme called FILM (first in leadership mastery).
