Meet Michael

Michael joined FRP’s St Albans office in 2010, and although he retired as a Partner in 2016 he continues to support the St Albans team as a consultant.

He has advised clients of all sizes, from major financial institutions to owner-managed businesses, and has worked on a wide range of appointments including receiverships for banks and other secured lenders, administrations, liquidations, company voluntary arrangements, individual voluntary arrangements, and bankruptcies.

Michael has also advised owners, managers and other stakeholders on recovery strategy, and has significant experience in solvent liquidations for owners retiring from business, as well as groups restructuring their operations. He has advised businesses in a wide variety of sectors, including retail, recruitment, manufacturing and financial services.
