Meet Paul

Paul joined FRP in 2010 as a Partner in the Restructuring Advisory team and is based in our Brentwood office.

He is an Insolvency Practitioner with more than 30 years’ experience and has been taking appointments since 2004. More recently his primary focus has been on personal insolvency and property receiver cases.

Paul also advises directors in corporate situations, providing crisis management advice where there is mounting creditor pressure, and discusses the options that are available in these distressed situations.

His previous cases have included appointment as fixed charge receiver over a £9.5 million property converted into office accommodation, where he dealt with a problem tenant, lease complications and arranged urgent remedial works before a successful sale.
