Meet Rachel

Rachel joined FRP in 2014 and is an Assistant Manager in our Forensic Services team, based in London. Rachel started her career in corporate insolvency and investigations before specialising in forensic accounting, and now has wide-ranging experience in providing investigation services.

Since joining FRP, she has assisted on forensic investigations into client account reconciliations, reconstructions of balance sheets to establish balance sheet solvency, and investigations into tax discrepancies. She has experience of investigations into allegations of tax avoidance schemes, director misfeasance and misappropriation of company funds.

Rachel’s experience includes preparing advisory reports regarding reconciliation of inter-company positions, preparing bank statement analyses, and document review using our in-house e-disclosure platform, Relativity. She has also carried out extensive investigations into establishing the quantum of directors’ loan accounts, and investigated a potential audit negligence claim.
