Meet Richard

Richard joined FRP in 2017 as a Manager in the Restructuring Advisory department based in our Leeds office, having previously worked for both national and regional firms covering Yorkshire and the north-east of England.

He originally began his career working on both personal and corporate insolvency cases, but has focused solely on corporate insolvency matters for a number of years, covering a wide range of sectors including steel, retail, manufacturing, construction and professional services.

Richard has particular experience in drafting company voluntary arrangement proposals and liquidations, both solvent and insolvent. In 2018 he passed his Joint Insolvency Examination Board exam in Corporate Insolvency.
