Meet Ben

Ben joined FRP in 2021 and is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London West End office.

He has worked on a range of M&A transactions, both buy and sell side, on behalf of corporates, private equity firms and entrepreneurs. Ben has advised across a number of different sectors including financial services, healthcare, technology and education.

Ben’s recent experience includes advising the shareholders of a privately owned education group on the sale of two schools as well as advising an industry leading technology solutions provider on their sale to a cloud-led digital transformation managed services firm.
