Meet Daniel

Daniel joined FRP in 2019 and is a Manager in the Corporate Finance team based in our Leicester and Nottingham offices. He has been working in corporate finance since 2011, providing services to middle-market companies across a range of sectors with a focus on cross-border transactions.

Daniel works alongside the directors and partners to deliver a number of transactions including company sales, acquisitions, management buy-outs, and fundraising to assist owner-managed and private equity-backed businesses with their growth and exit strategies.

His previous experience has included helping UK-based businesses to achieve maximum value through international sale processes, and assisting international companies with their cross-border acquisition strategy.

Daniel is currently working on numerous transactions across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on food and manufacturing.
