Meet Jo

Jo joined FRP in 2021 and is a Director in the Debt Advisory team based in our London West End office.

She is highly experienced in her field, having started her career in 2003 at one of the UK’s leading accountancy firms where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant before going on to specialise in leverage finance through senior roles in an international corporate bank and more recently, with a direct lender. Jo has formed specialist expertise in advising through the end-to-end lending process from initial screening, financial modelling, debt structuring, terms negotiation and credit committee approval to facility documentation and covenant setting.

Jo brings valuable insight to the team with first-hand experience sitting on a lender’s credit committee combined with experience supporting business operations at Board level, having spent time as a Non-Executive Director. Her role focuses on advising private equity and corporate clients to raise debt capital in support of M&A transactions such as leveraged buyouts, recapitalisations and refinancings.
