Meet Max

Max joined FRP in 2021 as an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Finance team, specialising in deal origination. Max is based in London but works nationally, regularly working with teams across the country on a variety of projects.

He has experience working with private equity firms and credit funds, providing market insights during their due diligence process. This has encompassed a wide range of sectors including TMT, property, financial services, healthcare, education, and retail.

Max’s role involves analysing markets for areas of growth, identifying areas of opportunity, leading targeting efforts across a range of sectors as well as undertaking targeted acquisition searches on behalf of private equity firms and high-growth companies.
