Meet Pat

Pat joined FRP in 2021 as a Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Cambridge office. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in advising mid-market businesses on strategy, growth, value creation and debt structuring across the South East.

Prior to joining FRP, Pat spent 16 years working for one of the largest global banking and financial services institutions, undertaking various roles including origination, structuring and execution of debt finance transactions. He began his career in corporate finance working for a top six accountancy firm in 2000.

Pat works closely with businesses shareholders to provide specialist advice across management buyouts (MBOs), acquisitions, refinancing debt and strategic reorganisations, with experience working on a significant number of transactions ranging from £3 million to over £100 million.
