Ali joined FRP in 2025 and is a Manager in the Debt Advisory team based in our London office.
He has worked on various finance deals across a range of sectors including LBO and bolt-on acquisition financing, refinancing, growth financing and fund financing.
Ali’s previous experience includes four years working for a Magic Circle law firm and two years working for a Silver Circle law firm, acting both for private equity sponsors and credit funds as a leveraged finance lawyer.
