A little about Alice

Alice joined FRP in 2025 as a Deal Origination Manager in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office.

She brings four years of experience across London’s finance sector and has developed strong expertise in M&A Origination, supporting mid‑market PE firms and corporates in executing their acquisition strategies. Prior to joining FRP, Alice led the development of the Corporate Finance Origination function at a top 10 accountancy firm.

Alice’s role focuses on understanding the key value drivers across markets, identifying areas of growth potential, and leading outreach efforts across sectors. She works closely with owner‑managers and shareholders to align on future ambitions and drive meaningful growth.
