Brad joined FRP in 2022 as a Manager in the Debt Advisory team and is based in our London office.
Specialising in Debt Advisory, Brad has worked on all types of debt financings including several leveraged finance transactions and has gained experience across the entire execution of the debt process. This includes working across a variety of sectors including Food and Beverage, Construction, Technology and Professional Services.
Previous experience includes 6 years working for a global leading professional services firm, initially in Commercial Audit where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before moving across into the Restructuring and Debt Advisory team.
Brad has recently worked on the LBO of a North London based professional services firm, the refinancing of a market leading cyber security business as well as a historically successful sports club, and the debt raise for a national leading grounds maintenance business.
