A little about Clive

Clive joined FRP in 2021 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team and is based in the London and Reading offices.

He has been specialising in corporate finance since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1989, providing advisory services to businesses at all stages of the corporate lifecycle, working with business owners and private equity.

Clive works with businesses of various sizes, across a broad range of sectors and provides specialist advice across a full spectrum of corporate finance matters, including M&A advisory, management buy-outs, selling a business, strategic advisory and raising capital assignments.
