A little about Dan
Dan joined FRP in 2021 as a Partner in our Corporate Finance team, and is based in our Cambridge office.
He has over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and specialises in M&A advisory, providing advice to entrepreneurs and business leaders on strategy, growth, and value creation.
Throughout his career he has worked closely with mid-market companies on transactions including buying or selling a business, business valuations, raising capital, management buyout and buy-in, as well as raising and refinancing debt and debt restructuring. Dan has personally led multiple national and international mid-market transactions to successful completion, with values ranging up to and over £100 million.
His recent work includes the sale of a vibration control and energy management specialist, to an industry-diverse global supplier of braking products and polymer solutions, along with advising on the acquisition of a farm equipment company to a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery, creating the largest UK dealership.
