A little about Ed

Ed joined FRP in 2021 and is a Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our London office.

He has worked on a range of M&A transactions in the UK, both on the buy and sell side, on behalf of corporates, private equity firms and entrepreneurs. He has also worked across a wide range of sectors including business services, retail, energy, technology and financial services.

Ed’s recent experience includes advising the shareholders of a private equity backed R&D tax specialist on their sale to a US industry consolidator and advising the founders of a London-based consultancy firm to secure new growth capital from a mid-market private equity house.
