A little about Evan

Evan joined FRP in 2024 as a Manager following the acquisition of Lexington Corporate Finance, and is based in our Cardiff office.

Evan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2020 with a Big Four firm and has several years’ experience working with large listed and large private equity backed businesses across a range of sectors including retail, technology, healthcare, logistics and manufacturing.

He specialises in sell-side and buy-side corporate finance advisory, in addition to equity and debt capital fundraising.
