Meet Freddie, one of the Associate Directors in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Freddie

Freddie is an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team based in our Bristol office, having joined FRP in October 2018. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years corporate finance experience.

He has extensive experience advising owner-managed businesses at various stages of the corporate lifecycle, working on transformational transactions including business disposals, acquisitions, refinancing, due diligence and valuation assignments.

Freddie works on transactions across a broad spectrum of sectors and deal values, ranging from £5 million to £100 million. He has previously worked in financial due diligence and has considerable cross border and private equity experience.
