A little about Graham

Graham joined FRP in 2025 as an Associate Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in the Newcastle Centre office.

He is a Chartered Accountant, specialising across a range of sectors on company disposals, acquisitions, finance raising, financial due diligence and company valuations. His experience also includes financial modelling, advising on management buy outs, and working as an in-house accountant producing monthly board reports.

Graham has a strong profile in the North East England and is well connected with many longstanding relationships with numerous legal advisers, funders, accountants and consultants.
