A little about James

James joined FRP in 2021 as a Partner in the Corporate Finance team, and is based in the London and Reading offices.

He has been working within M&A advisory since 2007, supporting mid-market entrepreneurial businesses, their owners and management teams, at various stages of the corporate lifecycle to help fulfil their ambitions.

He has acted as an adviser for privately owned businesses, private equity and public limited companies, when both selling and buying a business. His average deal values range from £5 million to £150 million.

James has a specific industry focus and interest in the technology sector, with expertise spanning ICT support, cloud and managed services, connectivity and unified communications, security and software/SaaS sub-sectors.
