Meet Jonathan, one of the Managers in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Jonathan

Jonathan joined FRP in 2021 and is a Manager and is based in our London office.

He has worked on a range of M&A transactions in the UK, both on the buy and sell side, on behalf of corporates, private equity firms and entrepreneurs. Jonathan’s recent experience includes advising the shareholders of an IT Managed Services business to a portfolio business of a mid-market private equity house.

Jonathan began his professional accountancy career after leaving university in 2016, working within the national markets audit practice of a Big Four firm. During this time, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked with a range of different clients in a wide variety of sectors, on both private and listed companies.
