A little about Nick

Nick joined FRP in 2022 as a Manager in the Corporate Finance team and is based in our London office.

Nick has been working in Corporate Finance since 2017 providing advisory services to businesses at all stages of the corporate life cycle. He has worked on multiple corporate finance assignments including mergers & acquisitions, in addition to equity and debt capital fundraising.

He has significant sector experience in technology, media & telecoms, manufacturing and healthcare.

Nick’s previous experience includes the sale of a national telecoms operator to a leading private equity-backed communications provider, and securing a multi-million pound debt package for an AIM listed manufacturer of medical devices.
