A little about Richard

Richard joined FRP in 2021 and is a Director in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Reading office. He has been working in corporate finance since 2010, providing advisory services to businesses at all stages of the corporate lifecycle.

During his career, Richard has worked on a wide range of mid-market transactions, valued between £10 million and £200 million, across numerous sectors, both on buying and selling a business services. Prior to joining FRP, Richard worked within the global outsourcing and audit departments of a large, international professional services firm.

Richard’s extensive experience includes advising a specialist property management solutions provider on its management buyout as well as a leading manufacturer and supplier of air care and hygiene products on a secondary buyout, providing an exit for previous investors.
