Meet Sunny, one of the Assistant Managers in our Corporate Finance team.

A little about Sunny

Sunny joined FRP in 2025 and is an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Finance team, based in our Birmingham office.

He has experience across valuations, financial modelling and transaction execution in supporting sell-side mandates.

Sunny previously worked within the Banking & Capital Markets division of a Big Four firm, delivering assurance-based valuation work for investment banking companies. This included work over DCF modelling, analysing market multiples, and supporting complex financial reporting and regulatory engagements. Prior to this, he obtained experience in Risk and Actuarial roles, building a strong analytical foundation and gained exposure to managing key stakeholder relationships.
