A little about Tony

Tony joined FRP in 2020 as a Director in our Corporate Finance team, based in our Norwich office, and has worked as a specialist tax adviser since 1989.

His particular focus is on tax planning for shareholders and their businesses, particularly in relation to transactions and reorganisations; this includes tax planning for mergers and demergers, capital gains tax planning, and inheritance tax restructuring for both companies and unincorporated businesses.

Tony’s other areas of expertise include remuneration planning, tax efficient profit extraction, share schemes, Enterprise Investment Scheme relief, business asset disposal relief, and tax enquiries.
