Acting as the lead adviser, our Corporate Finance team successfully completed the sale of Campsie Estate Agency to Romans Group, a large property services company in the South East of England.
Operating since 1971, Campsie is an established and leading provider of integrated property services in the South East. Providing both residential and commercial sales and lettings as well as professional services such as surveying and conveyancing, the business operates from three prime locations on the London commuter belt – Windsor, Staines and West Drayton.
The business was acquired in 2005 by Orchard and Shipman Group (O&S), a leading provider of public sector housing in the UK. The team acted as the lead advisers to the O&S on the successful sale of Campsie to Romans Group.
Award winning property services company Romans was established in 1987 and operates out of 25 sales and letting branches across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Middlesex, Oxfordshire and Surrey.
