FRP Corporate Finance has advised the shareholders of InterQuest Group on its sale to talent services specialist Morson Group.

Founded in 2001, InterQuest Group is an award-winning technology recruitment business with offices across the UK. Under the leadership of Chairman Gary Ashworth and CEO Greg Coleshill, the company has experienced rapid growth in recent years, seeking to meet the rising demand for specialised talent.

Salford-based Morson Group, a global talent solutions specialist, has successfully acquired InterQuest Group and Astraeus Consulting from parent company Albany Beck Holdings as a part of its commitment to expanding its service offerings and solidifying its presence in the technology sector.

FRP Corporate Finance Partner was appointed as lead sell-side advisors due to their extensive knowledge of the recruitment sector and track record in delivering similar transactions. Led by Partner Mark Farlow, Associate Director Ed Shurville-Darlington and Manager Chris Haidar, the team managed all stages of the deal,
from initial buyer interaction through to managing the due diligence and completion process.
