FRP team secures financing package for software specialist

Private equity firm Livingbridge has made a new investment in digital software provider Nourish Care Systems with the support of our Debt Advisory team.

Founded in 2011, Bournemouth-based Nourish is the leading provider of digital care planning software to the UK health and social care markets. The business uses cloud technology and data insights to help carers optimise care outcomes and has grown rapidly in recent years. Today, it services more than 300 care providers across 1,800 settings in the UK.

Our team – led by Partner Simon Sherliker, with support from Director Stuart Sweeney and Manager Karris Giani – arranged for Livingbridge to secure an ARR-based debt package through NatWest to support the deal.

With Livingbridge’s investment, which is underpinned by two decades of experience in the social care, healthcare and software sectors, Nourish will now be able to further develop its best-in-class platform, continue to innovate in its use of data to improve care outcomes and broaden the number of care settings it can support.

This deal marks the fourth time FRP Corporate Finance has supported Livingbridge with a transaction in the past eight months.

Sanjay Panchal, Investment Director at Livingbridge said: “Technology is increasingly being used to improve quality of service in the health and social care sectors. Nourish is at the forefront of this, and we’re incredibly proud to be part of their journey.

“It’s been great to work with the FRP Corporate Finance Debt team once again. They are highly experienced and knowledgeable, and their knowledge of ARR debt structuring combined with mid-market M&A deal execution has helped us make this partnership possible.”

Simon Sherliker, Partner in our Debt Advisory team, added: “Nourish is an ambitious business, with a truly leading position in its sector. This partnership is marked by a close alignment of values and Livingbridge’s investment and expertise is set to help Nourish take the next step on its path of growth. We’re excited to see where it goes next and wish the management team every success.”
