The deal

Our Manchester Corporate Finance team has advised recruitment specialist, Spectre Recruitment Group (Spectre), on its sale to international soft services operator, Kingdom Services Group, in a deal that will see the Bury-based firm integrated into Kingdom’s £235 million business.

Established in 2016, Spectre provides staffing and recruitment services to some of the UK’s most recognisable brands and regularly places over 1,500 temporary employees and contractors into jobs across a variety of sectors.

Our Manchester-based Corporate Finance team, led by Partner Adrian Gare, acted as the main sell-side advisors to Spectre Group. The team managed all stages of the deal, from initial buyer interaction, to managing the due diligence through to the completion process.

The deal will see Kingdom benefit from access to Spectre’s industry-specific experience and increase its national reach in the recruitment and staffing sector, supported by Kingdom’s now 10,500+ strong workforce across the UK.
